This website is operated by Consult Origin Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong, with its registered office at Suite 1404, Tung Wai Commercial Building, 109-111 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. What data we collect
We collect personal data in two ways:
- Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you provide. This information is sent by email to our team and is not stored in any database, CRM, or spreadsheet — it exists only as an email in our inbox, subject to our normal email retention.
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4). With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, general location at country/city level, device type, and similar aggregated usage data). We do not use this data to identify you personally.
Cookies
This site uses a single category of non-essential cookie: Google Analytics cookies, which are only set after you accept them via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is sent to Google. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site and reloading the page.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party marketing cookies.
Legal basis for processing
We process contact form data on the basis of your consent, given when you voluntarily submit the form, for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. We process analytics data on the basis of your consent, given via the cookie banner.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data may be processed by the following categories of service providers acting on our behalf:
- Our email/SMTP provider, to deliver contact form submissions to our inbox.
- Google (Google Analytics), for aggregated website usage statistics, only if you consent to analytics cookies.
- Our hosting provider, to serve the website itself.
We do not knowingly transfer personal data outside of what is necessary for these purposes, and we require our service providers to handle data securely.
How long we keep your data
Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, in line with our normal email retention practices, after which they may be deleted. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics according to Google's standard retention settings for GA4 properties.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal). Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data we handle against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
